I believe that running a successful franchise milk round is not rocket science, but needs to have four fundamental elements: Always be consistent with your time of delivery Always collect your money Always put leaflets out to every customer. most importantly, always SMILE I'm not a born salesman but if you follow those four fundamentals everything else will follow. This will enable you, with the help and support of the "back room staff" of the depot, to build your own very profitable round. I honestly believe that there is no other job around that pays as well, with no boss looking over your shoulder and keeps you fit! The only thing I can't control is the weather, but I know that global warming is a fact as I now don't wear my jumper till November and my shorts up to Christmas!
